an intention is suspicious
while the outburst is unfair
thinking you’re brave enough
to go on with what you share

you’ve thought you found a route but you’re still isn’t sure
‘cause pretensions are on sight to block and obscure
the passion that was once so powerful and pure

what is felt is different from what is being seen
what’s used to be unique is now part of a routine
curiosity obstructs the path, distorts the entire scene
when truth is held captive everything’s just a smokescreen
